PowerCord Energy is not a billing company, a marketplace, or a retail electric provider. The PC/OS platform functions as an orchestration layer between property management systems (PMS) and the deregulated electricity market.
When a lease starts, PC/OS triggers a compliant, automated enrollment with the landlord’s chosen retail electric providers (REPs). When a lease ends, service ends in sync—returning the unit to the landlord’s Continuous Service Agreement (CSA) only for the exact duration required.
